Oats is a high source of fibre.
- Rolled Oats
- Sugar to taste
- Dried Apricots
- Dry grind the oats into fine powder.
- Add milk, sugar, raisins and dried apricots in a sauce pan and bring it to boil
- Simmer while stirring occasionally.
- Serve when warm
Serve with pureed/ finely chopped Pear fruit.
Dried Apricots are good source of Betacarotene, Iron and Potassium.
